Please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Your appointment is a reservation for services and we only take a limited number of appointments each day. A missed appointment is a loss of income to a small business and our groomers.
If an appointment is missed without a 24 hour notification, a $25.00 “No Show” / “Late Cancellation” Fee will be charged at the time you schedule your next visit.
Pick up and drop off

Late pick-up Fees are as follows: $25 after a 30 minute grace period following the courtesy call and $50 holding fee for more than one hour.
Payment is due at the time of pick up. We can provide you with an estimate at the time of drop-off. We accept cash, credit cards and local checks. There is a $50 charge for any return checks.
We understand our dogs are family members and will treat all animals entrusted to us as if it was our own. Your dog will be treated with kindness, patience, respect and compassion ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. Your dog’s comfort and safety will always remain our priority. "Humanity not Vanity" is our motto. We utilize the highest level of care and sanitation procedures. Our Professional Stylists follow the PPGSA Standards of care, safety and sanitation. These high safety standards ensure our stylist remained focused on your pet’s safety and comfort at all times. We will never use heated drying cages!
We do not require proof of vaccinations other than rabies. Vaccination protocol is up to the owner and their veterinarian; some veterinarians question how often to vaccinate; therefore, we leave it up to each individual owner. A long as you are comfortable with your pets’ level of protection, so are we.
We believe in comfort over vanity and as a result, de-matting of severely matted dogs is not offered as one of our services. Dogs with severely matted coats will require a very short clip which the groomer can show you the exact length your dog will be clipped. In the event of any dog needing a shave / clip down due to excessive matting, the owner should be aware that skin irritation is likely to occur. Please keep in mind that a matted coat may cause numerous health conditions including itching, irritation, and skin infections. Removing a heavily matted coat includes risks of nicks, cuts, or abrasions due to warts, moles, and skin folds trapped and hidden within the matts. Heavy matting may also trap moisture near the dog’s skin allowing fungus or bacteria to grow. De-matting causes skin irritation. We likely will not be able to provide you with the the hairstyle that you would like if your dog is severely matted.
For the safety of your dog and others in the grooming area, dogs with fleas or ticks will not be accepted during this time of COVID-19. Should the owner be unaware of the infestation, the owner will be immediately contacted and asked to pick up their dog.
